Focus Areas - Health Information Exchange
HTMS has provided strategic, business, operations,
and technology support to a full range of organizations in
the health sector. HTMS provides solutions across all areas
of the health care continuum, with an additional focus on

Information Exchange – The rapid
diffusion of health information technology
and its acceleration due to federal stimulus
funds have made interoperability a critical
issue for health organizations.
Demonstrating that technology has been
implemented and is being used in a meaningful way is a critical
first step. Yet, organizations are only beginning to unravel
how the accuracy and prevalence of health data will rapidly
alter health delivery and financing.
We work with organizations wherever they are in this data
use continuum to maximize the benefits of current capabilities
and to plan for the opportunities and inevitable transformations
of the future.
